Every compound supplied by PEPTIQ is manufactured and sold exclusively for controlled laboratory and in-vitro research. Our materials are not pharmaceuticals, dietary supplements, cosmetics, food additives, or medical devices.

• Not evaluated by the FDA for safety or efficacy

By placing an order you affirm that you are at least 21 years of age, legally competent to enter into binding agreements, and acquiring materials on behalf of a qualified research entity or as a credentialed independent researcher.

You further warrant that you possess the technical expertise, controlled environment, and protective equipment required for the safe handling of high-purity research compounds.

PEPTIQ supplies compounds verified by third-party HPLC and mass-spectrometry testing. Beyond the referenced certificate of analysis, materials are provided "AS IS" without warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Long-term stability is dependent on the storage and handling practices of the recipient and falls outside our control once the shipment leaves our facility.

The purchaser assumes all risk associated with the receipt, storage, handling, experimentation, and disposal of any product. PEPTIQ's aggregate liability for any claim, regardless of theory, is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that we suspect is intended for prohibited use. Pricing is shown in USD and may be adjusted without notice prior to order confirmation.

Lyophilized vials ship under conditions appropriate to the compound class. Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer once a parcel is handed to the carrier. Refused, undeliverable, or unclaimed shipments may be returned at the buyer's expense.

Due to the controlled nature of laboratory reagents, all sales are final. If a shipment arrives visibly compromised, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photographic documentation and we will evaluate a replacement or credit at our discretion.

You may not, directly or indirectly:

• Resell, repackage, or distribute PEPTIQ products to unqualified parties
• Use any compound for human or animal consumption
• Misrepresent our materials as therapeutics, supplements, or consumer goods
• Circumvent jurisdictional regulations governing research chemicals

All branding, label artwork, photography, written material, and the PEPTIQ wordmark remain the exclusive property of PEPTIQ Laboratories. Nothing on this site grants any license to reproduce or adapt this content without written consent.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site or placement of new orders after revisions take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Not for human or veterinary use.
